I aroun 6 feet, so you some good advice, what to eat, oh yeah, I eat too many fish:)

You're not a vegetarian if you eat fish. Eat what you want, but to say if you eat vegetarian meat / fish flesh is a lie ... simply makes no sense. Since the water from solid rock, it makes no sense, can not exist.

The last time I checked vegetarians eat no meat, including .. Fish! I think it would be a pescitarian if the fish is the only meat you eat.
But anyway, try to eat beans, lentils, almonds, avocados and corn.
Fish eat fish like you never eaten before!
Salmon sausage in the morning, tuna sandwich for lunch and salmon spiced lentil soup for lunch!
